Biography
Kylie Rogers earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2024.
While attending law school, Kylie clerked for the Special Education Division of the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. She also completed an externship with Project HEAL at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides advocacy and legal services for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She spent a semester as a member of the Civil Rights for Persons with Disabilities Clinic, where she worked as a student attorney for the National Association of the Deaf. Additionally, Kylie clerked for Alba Environmental Law and Risk Management.
In 2021, Kylie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in English and a minor in Legal Studies.
