Smokey serves as the firm’s official Client Care Manager and is responsible for one of the most important roles in our practice: ensuring every client feels welcomed, comfortable, and valued from the moment they arrive.

Smokey, the rescue Pomsky, came to us from the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. He is a daily presence in the office and an integral part of the client experience. He greets visitors at intake with enthusiasm and professionalism (of the four-legged variety), helps set a calm and approachable tone in the reception area, and provides a reassuring presence during what can often be stressful legal matters.

While not engaged in the practice of law, Smokey is highly skilled in client relations, confidentiality-compliant morale support, and office atmosphere optimization. He takes his responsibilities seriously—especially when it comes to escorting guests, accepting gentle greetings, and ensuring no visitor enters without a warm welcome.
